KAI India Supports IICA’s 41st Convocation, Celebrating the Next Generation of Culinary Talent

New Delhi, Sep 29: KAI India, known for its Japanese craftsmanship and precision kitchen tools, supported the International Institute of Culinary Arts, New Delhi, as the Gifting Partner at its 41st Convocation, held to celebrate the graduating students of its Culinary and Bakery programmes.

The association brought KAI India closer to emerging culinary professionals at an important stage of their careers. With more than 4,000 students graduating from IICA over the past 21 years, the institute has played a role in preparing young talent for professional opportunities across the hospitality industry.

For KAI India, the association reflects its continued engagement with the culinary community and its interest in supporting the next generation of chefs. As students begin their professional journeys, the association also highlights the importance of precision, technique and the right tools in culinary practice.

The convocation brought together graduating students, chefs, hospitality professionals and educators to recognise the achievements of the batch and mark their transition into the professional culinary industry.
