Agra, Sep 21: Taj Agra invites guests to discover ‘The Art of Healthy Living’, a thoughtfully curated culinary experience that brings together nourishing meals, refreshing beverages and Ayurveda-inspired recipes. Rooted in fresh and seasonal ingredients, wholesome nutrition and mindful cooking, the initiative encourages guests to enjoy food that is both satisfying and wellness-focused.
Designed around the philosophy of ‘Nourish, Rejuvenate, Savour’, the offering brings together light and flavourful starters, comforting soups, well-rounded main courses, naturally sweetened desserts . The menu draws inspiration from Ayurveda and India’s rich culinary traditions, while keeping wellness and flavour at the heart of the experience.
A Thoughtfully Curated Culinary Journey
The menu features a selection of thoughtfully prepared dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Guests can explore options such as Tandoori Herb Paneer, Quinoa & Avocado Salad, Spiced Lentil Croquettes and Masala Papad among the starters, followed by nourishing preparations including Tomato Tulsi Soup, Mulligatawny Soup, Vegetable Clear Soup, Herb Infused Quinoa Bowl, Palak Paneer and Tandoori Grilled Vegetables.
For dessert, the selection includes Warm Date & Nut Cake, Rose Kulfi, Fresh Fruit Bowl and Chia Seed Pudding, offering lighter options while retaining an indulgent touch. The menu is complemented by Ayurvedic wellness beverages such as Tulsi Ginger Fizz, Amla Mint Cooler, Turmeric Golden Cooler, Kokum Spice Spritz and Rose Saffron Elixir, created with natural ingredients and inspired by traditional wellness practices.

The initiative brings together seasonal ingredients and Ayurveda-inspired preparations to encourage mindful choices while keeping flavour at the centre of the dining experience.
