Commenting on the brand launch, Neetu Chandra, co-founder of Agrifeeder, said,
“This is a long-term commitment to Bihar’s farmers. Putting my name on the packaging means standing behind the quality, the sourcing, and the livelihoods connected to every product. As we enter global markets, this brand represents trust, traceability, and the belief that produce from Bihar can compete internationally on merit.”
As part of its Bihar-first operating model, Agrifeeder has relocated its core operations from Bengaluru to Dubuoli village in Pirpainti, near Bhagalpur, embedding its teams within the local farming ecosystem. The company has also adopted the village as part of a long-term community engagement initiative focused on enhancing livelihoods, promoting local employment, and fostering agricultural growth.
Founded in 2017, Agrifeeder was created to address structural challenges faced by small and marginal farmers, including limited market access, price volatility, and dependence on intermediaries. With USA FDA certification and the launch of Agrifeeder by Neetu Chandra, the startup enters its next phase, focused on exports and international market expansion while remaining firmly rooted in Bihar.
